Principal

Allan M. Lee, CCIM, has represented users and investors in their acquisition as well as disposition of commercial properties.  Past clients have included international corporations as well as local companies, in industries including real estate development, logistics, communications, healthcare, insurance, car rental, supermarkets, hospitality, restaurant, food manufacturing, entertainment, film, and philanthropy.

With Per Square Foot Commercial Real Estate Services, Mr. Lee strives to bring together traditional brokerage’s best practices and technological innovations clients can use, including quick financial analyses, commercial real estate indexes, and easy access to real-time commercial real estate news, and online presentation of real estate options, making clients’ real estate decisions easier.

Along with brokerage of commercial properties, Mr. Lee’s experience also included development and management of shopping centers, medical office buildings, condominiums and tract homes, as well as property management.

Mr. Lee has produced major events at venues such as UCLA’s Royce Hall, the Ford Amphitheatre, and the Broad Stage, among others.
